1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FireSign AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

FireSign AI is an advanced intelligence platform intended for supplementary wildfire preparedness. It is not a replacement for official government emergency services or evacuation orders. Always follow the instructions of local authorities first.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information for readiness assessments and for maintaining the security of their accounts. You agree to use the service only for lawful personal safety purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

FireSign AI provides wildfire readiness guidance, preparedness assessments, and safety recommendations for informational purposes only. Wildfire events and emergency situations are inherently complex and may be influenced by factors beyond our control. FireSign AI shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from reliance on the information, assessments, or recommendations provided through the application.

5. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, branding, and content within FireSign AI are the exclusive property of FireSign AI Inc.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

FireSign includes a 60-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial, FireSign Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $49.00 per year. Prices may vary by region.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to the same terms, managed in your Google Play account settings.

Physical goods purchased through the in-app marketplace are processed by our external payment provider and are not subject to these subscription terms.

7. Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Your license to install and use the FireSign mobile application is governed by an End User License Agreement. Applications downloaded from the Apple App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. FireSign's own End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the FireSign service, is available at firesign.ai/eula.
