FireSign Account Deletion Request
Users can request deletion of their FireSign account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
📱 Via the App
Go to the Profile Screen
Press the Delete Account button
Your data will be instantly queued for deletion.

Subject: “FireSign Account Deletion Request”
Include the email address used to register the account.
Data that will be deleted
- ●Account profile information (email, name)
- ●Stored Go-Bag data
- ●App usage data associated with the account
- ●Location data linked to the account (if stored)
Data retention
- ●Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal and security purposes for up to 90 days.
- ●Backup data may be retained for up to 30 days.
